Only put distilled water inside this machine and in the side bottles. Distilled water has gone through the process of evaporation and condensation and contains no minerals. Do not use purified water, RO water, or any other water unless you can confirm it has 0 TDS (total dissolved solids). You will need a gallon to get started, and about a gallon per month going forward depending on use.

Q: Why does my machine not start or bubble?
A: Check the red lights on the of the machine. A very common issue is filling the machine to close to the max water level line. If this is the case, the machine will not start. The solution is to drain water out using the plug on the bottom back side of the machine. Lower the water level to about 1 inch below the max line and try again.
Q: Why does the O2 side bottle not have any bubbles or fewer bubbles?
A: The machine produces have the amount of Oxygen as Hydrogen so there is much less bubbling here. If no bubbles at all, the problem is usually the seal on the top cap. Remove the top cap, adjust or move the O-ring a bit and screw the top cap back on. If you can’t get it to bubble after several attempts, contact us. But even if you do not have bubbles on the O2 side, the H2 side is where all the benefits are and if you see bubbles there, you are getting the benefits regardless if there is Oxygen included in the gas or not.
Q: Where do I get distilled water?
A: In the United States you can usually find distilled water in grocery stores, big box stores, and pharmacies. In other countries, including Costa Rica, you can find distilled water at the gas station (it is used in car batteries) or in pharmacies. You also can purchase a water distiller for your home. We use a model that looks like this.
Q: How often should I replace my cannula and where can I get them?
A: There is no firm rule on how often you should replace your cannula. After using it for a while the tubing will become stiff, this is a good time to replace it. You can either buy more from our Shop, or you can use most standard cannulas available online or in medical supply stores. You can also buy them in bulk very cheap on Amazon.
Q: Do I really need to replace the resin pellet bags that often as mentioned in the video below?
A: No, The resin pellet bags help to absorb impurities in the distilled water. This is an added precaution. If the “Pure” light does not come on and your machine continues to run fine, your distilled water is of good enough quality. Most distilled water is fine and it could take years before the resin pellets absorb small amounts of impurities before they need to be replaced.
